Grapefruit Pro Terms and Privacy
Our only goal is give you the tools to help people improve their lives. To that point, we’re going to keep this simple. You do your best and we’ll do our best and it's nobody's fault if someone messes up.

1. Your data is your data
Be default, whatever data you put into our apps remains your data. We do not own it, nor will we knowingly transfer it to any third party with the exception of the listed partners in these terms.
Your data will be securely transmitted and stored on our servers. You may delete your data and account from our servers using this website or contacting us at any time.
Some usage data will be stored in our server logs, and may be aggregated and analyzed. We will do our best to limit the scope of data collection to only that needed to ensure the health of the service.
We partner with external vendors as needed to offer our service. We may transfer a limited amount of data to them as needed to provide our service. These are our current partners listed below. See their terms and privacy pages for how they handle data.
- Stripe, Payments. Stripe is our payment provider and the sole holder of your payment data such as credit card information and billing history.
2. If we mess up, it’s not our fault
By using the Grapefruit Pro service, or any of our apps, you release us of all legal liability. This includes, but is not limited to, misuses, corruption, or unintended transfer of your data.
3. If you mess up, it’s not our fault
By using the Grapefruit Pro service, or any of our apps, you release us of all legal liability of any outcomes from the use of the service, direct or indirect. If you lose income because of the service, it is not our fault. If your or your clients do things because of our apps or what our apps tell them, we aren’t responsible for that either. If you use the service in any manner, intended or not, and it causes any sort of harm, we are not responsible.
If we change these terms, we’ll place a notice at the top of the website's home page (https://pro.haveagrapefruit.com). Additionally, the link in the app and on the app stores will always link to the latest version.
You can receive a refund at any time during the first 90 days, limited to the most recent billing period. After 90 days, you can still cancel at any time and get a pro-rated refund for the amount of the billing period remaining. Contact us for more details.
We offer all Grapefruit Pro users priority email support. We do our best to respond every request within 24 hours, but we do not offer a guarantee regarding support wait times. For certain issues we may offer live support via phone or video chat, as needed. However an offer of live support for one issue does not constitute an offer of live support for any following issues.
